We are building a roster of elite AI & Automation Solutions Architects to support client audits, workflow design, and implementation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Solutions Architect & Implementation Specialist with a strong background in designing and building workflow automation systems for small businesses.

  • Implement AI-enabled automations (LLM integrations, document drafting, intake analysis, data extraction, etc.)
  • Document workflows clearly for internal teams and client training
  • Collaborate with Levantage client leads and account managers
  • Ensure automation reliability, error handling, logging, and monitoring
  • Optimize existing automations for performance and scalability

  • Experience connecting multiple SaaS platforms into cohesive systems
  • Comfort working independently in a client-facing environment
  • Clear written documentation skills

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working with law firms
  • Familiarity with legal practice management systems (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther)
  • Understanding of legal intake, matter management, billing workflows
  • Experience building automations for document generation, client intake, lead routing, or litigation support
  • Familiarity with data privacy considerations in legal environments

What Makes You a Fit

You:

  • Think in systems, not tasks
  • See bottlenecks quickly
  • Build clean, elegant solutions rather than “automation spaghetti”
  • Care about ROI, not just technical elegance
  • Are comfortable owning implementation end-to-end
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Engagement Structure

  • Fixed-scope workflow implementations
  • Audit + implementation projects
  • Ongoing optimization retainers
  • Potential to lead sub-teams on larger client engagements

Contractors on our roster are brought into projects based on expertise fit and availability. High-performing contractors may be offered expanded roles as project leads.

Compensation

  • Long-term engagement potential
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, well-scoped client projects
